Official Terms and Conditions
1. Sponsor
The Stronghouse Home Remodeling Sweepstakes is sponsored by Stronghouse Solutions, LLC, doing business as Stronghouse.
2. Sweepstakes Overview
Stronghouse will hold up to two sweepstakes drawings per calendar year. Entries are collected through various in‑person events, promotional activities, and sponsor or media partner giveaways throughout the year.
3. Drawing Dates and Entry Periods
Drawing Dates:
- June 1
- December 1
Entry Periods:
- January 1 through May 15
- July 1 through November 15
There will be one winner per drawing. Entries are eligible for both drawings during the calendar year and will be retained for up to 12 months following the applicable drawing period.
4. Prize Description
Each winner will receive up to $25,000 in retail value toward a qualifying Stronghouse exterior remodeling project.
The prize includes:
- Labor
- Materials
- Installation
- Warranty coverage
Eligible products include roofing, siding, and replacement windows. Additional products may be available at Stronghouse’s discretion.
If the total project cost exceeds $25,000 in retail value, the winner is responsible for all costs beyond the prize amount. All prizes are capped at $25,000 retail value and may not be redeemed for cash or refunded.
5. Prize Redemption
Winners have up to 18 months from the drawing date to redeem the prize.
The prize may be redeemed at a future date chosen by the winner within that timeframe.
All prizes must be installed by Stronghouse.
6. Eligibility
The sweepstakes is open to legal homeowners whose primary residence is located within Stronghouse’s active service areas, which include:
Pennsylvania, Colorado, North Carolina, South Carolina, Minnesota, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Wisconsin.
Additional eligibility requirements:
- The entrant must be the homeowner of the residence where the prize will be applied.
- Multi‑state homeowners may apply the prize to one residence only.
- Entry is limited to one entry per person per household.
- Entrants may win one prize per calendar year.
- Employees, subcontractors, suppliers, affiliates of Stronghouse, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
7. How to Enter
Entry is completed via paper entry form at participating events or locations.
By entering, participants agree to be contacted by Stronghouse via phone, text message, mail, or email, including contact made in accordance with state and federal regulations, regardless of do‑not‑call registry status.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.
Winners will be notified by telephone and or mail.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. Taxes and Legal Compliance
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, as well as compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winners grant Stronghouse permission to use their name, likeness, property, and photographs for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. No Cash Alternative
Prizes have no cash value and may not be exchanged, refunded, or substituted. All prize values are based on suggested retail pricing at the time a free estimate is provided.

13. Sponsor Rights
Stronghouse Solutions, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes, rules, prize structure, or eligibility requirements at any time, without notice, and at its sole discretion.
